Hand Wash Only – Your board is not dishwasher safe
Rinse only with warm water and mild soap then wipe down with a clean and lint free towel
Do not submerge in water. Soaking in water will cause your board to warp or crack
Do not put your board in the microwave
Do not place a hot skillet or pan onto the board as this will cause burns
Condition now and then with a food grade butcher block oil (not olive or vegetable oil)
